Itinerary

After being picked up at the airport or your hotel in Colombo you leave for Galle Fort.  It is a very ancient heritage, completed by the Dutch. Its lands are of very high value and it is a place of great tourist attraction. After that we will go to mirissa to watching whale.

Day tow begins with a hearty breakfast, and a tour to yala.Then we will go to Yala Safari. Yala is famous for is population of elephants, mungos, birds……

Day three begins with a hearty breakfast, and a tour to Arugambay. Arugam Bay, located on Sri Lanka’s east coast, is a premier world-class surf destination known for its laid-back, bohemian, and, at times, bustling atmosphere. The high season runs from July to September, offering consistent swells, with popular spots including Main Point, Baby Point, and nearby Peanut

Today we are going to Hot water springs in Trincomalee. The Kanniya Hot Water Springs, located near Trincomalee, Sri Lanka, consist of seven, 3-4 feet deep, square-shaped wells known for their varying temperatures and cultural significance. Believed to have therapeutic properties, they are popular among locals and associated with Ravana in Hindu mythology. The site features a nearby Hindu kovil, ancient ruins, and is generally open from 8 AM to 6 PM

Today we are going to Pigeon Island. Pigeon Island National Park, located off the coast of Nilaveli in Trincomalee, is one of Sri Lanka’s premier marine sanctuaries, famous for its shallow coral reefs, snorkeling, and blacktip reef sharks. It consists of two islands—Large and Small Pigeon Island—featuring over 100 coral species and 300 reef fish. The best time to visit is May to September. Next we will go to Nilaweli beach. Nilaveli is a premier, tranquil beach destination on Sri Lanka’s East Coast, 16 km north of Trincomalee, renowned for its white sands, shallow turquoise waters, and close proximity to Pigeon Island National Park It is best visited from April to October for snorkeling, diving, and whale watching.

Day six begins with a hearty breakfast, and a tour to Anuradhapura Town. Anuradhapura is the first kingdom in Sri Lanka. It was founded by King Pandukabhaya. You can visit the main religious sites of the Buddhist people. In this area, known as the “Kingdom of Tanks”, you can see large tanks.

Overnight Stay : Hotel in Dambulla.

Today we are going to Sigiriya. Sigiriya, or “Lion Rock,” is a 5th-century UNESCO World Heritage site in central Sri Lanka, featuring a massive 200-meter-high granite monolith topped by the ruins of King Kashyapa’s palace. Afterwards head for Dambulla and explore the famous Golden Rock cave temple which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Recognised as a sacred pilgrimage site for approximately 22 centuries, this cave monastery is the largest best preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka.

Continue on to Kandy. the bustling hill country capital is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The sacred ground of the city also home the much venerated tooth relic of Lord Buddha, in the Temple of the tooth relic which is a focal point for Buddhist veneration. Apart from that the city still projects an aura of royal beauty, echoing the grandeur of Sri Lanka’s last royal kingdom through iconic features such as; the Kandy Lake (built in 1807) and the Peradeniya Botanical Garden.

After breakfast, we will go to Ambuluwa. After reaching the top, we can see a very scenic environment. After that we will go to peradeniya botanical garden. The Royal Botanic Gardens, Peradeniya, located 5km west of Kandy, Sri Lanka, is a 147-acre (60-hectare) paradise established in 1821 with origins dating to 1371. It is renowned for its collection of over 4,000 plant species, including a spectacular orchid house, iconic Palm Avenues, and a massive 100-year-old Java fig tree.

After break fast we will go to the Elephant orphanage in pinnawala. This orphanage was set up by the government to take care of baby elephants lost or abandoned in the wild. Witness the feeding of the elephants. Thereafter observe them as they take their daily bath in the river nearby, which offer marvellous photo opportunities. Bath time is enjoyed by all elephants, young and old alike and it is a good time to closely observe their tightly knit family structure. Daily feeding times – 9.15 am, 1.15 pm, and 5.00 pm. bathing times – 10.00 am, 2.00 pm, and 4.00 pm.                    

Afterwards we will take you to the airport or your beach hotel
